Booking in person / last minuteOur office is open 7 days a week from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. You can reach us by phone or email during these times. Please note that for next-day and last-minute bookings, you must contact us by 6:00 PM the day before. Keep in mind that last-minute bookings are subject to availability from the boat companies.

Do I need to be able to swim?You do not need to be a strong swimmer to participate in an Introduction dive, but you must be comfortable in the water. For the courses, there will be specific swim and unassisted float requirements depending on the desired course you wish to do.

How long do I need to leave between flying and diving?PADI and DAN state the minimum time between diving and flying to be 18 hours. In most cases, the last dive of the day will be completed by 3 pm, so you should be fine to fly the following day by 9:00 am.

What are the approximate travel times to each dive site?Racha Islands – 2 hours to and from King Cruiser – 2 hours to and from Phi Phi – 3 hours to and from Please note that travel time may vary due to sea conditions. Air conditioned dry areas, snacks/refreshments, and bathroom facilities are on every boat to make your transit time as comfortable as possible.

Can my family or friends take part in scuba diving or snorkeling while I am on a day trip or a PADI course?Yes, we can accommodate this but additional fees will apply due to boat space rental.

What happens if the weather is bad?The great thing about diving in Phuket is that we have a wide variety of dive sites located in different areas. It is a very rare occasion that we are unable to dive due to weather and in this instance we will either move to an alternative dive location, reschedule your dive trip, or due to time constraints can offer a refund.

How old do you need to be to be able to dive?Anyone over the age of 10 years old can learn to dive.

What is included in the day trip?Included in all non pro courses and day trips (Scuba, freediving or snorkeling) is standard dive equipment, transfer to and from your hotel (*Only from Rawai, Chalong, Kata Karon and Patong*) breakfast, lunch, snakes, and refreshments. Also included for day trips a dive guide.

Do you organize hotel transfers?Transfer is included for all guests staying in the southern half of Phuket, specifically Rawai, Chalong, Kata, and Patong. For those staying in other areas, we can arrange a meeting point to be picked up, or you will have to arrange your own transfer.

Can I still dive if I wear glasses or contact lenses?If you wear contact lenses, diving is no problem at all. For those who only wear glasses, we can arrange rental of a mask with magnified lenses on your behalf

What do I need to bring?We recommend bringing swimwear, a towel, sunblock, and sunglasses. Trips to Phi Phi will require cash for additional park fees. Amounts will be clarified during booking.

Can I still dive if I have a medical condition?While most medical conditions do not prohibit you from diving, obtaining signed medical dive clearance is essential.

Do you organize accommodations?We do have rooms available at our dive center for short-term stays. However, students conducting internship programs will get the first pick from those spaces. We can recommend you nearby accommodations based on your budget, but availability will be dependent on that specific property.
